        ONGOING OPTMIZATION SUPPORT

        Depending on your treatment plan, your Provider will recommend periodic follow up appointments and labs to monitor medications. Our Patient Care Coordinators will guide you through the process.

        Telehealth consultations are available for clients physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. Services may be synchronous (live video or phone) or asynchronous (secure messaging), depending on clinical appropriateness.
